In a way, yes! This particular project had 3 main decks, 2 sets of stairs, a landing & a cantilever. Although it took about 7 days to complete, it turned out absolutely stunning. The project was about 1000sf and the color selected was Sandy Beige. A challenge on any job of this size is the water drainage. Capturing the water is easy, it’s what we do with it once it’s captured that really matters.
On this project we had 4 gutters and 4 downspouts handling all of the water to 4 designate spots. The tricky part was to get the slope of the system and the gutters to work together.
In the end it turned out amazing. The homeowners were absolutely elated and are probably using the space right now as I write this blog!
