FActors

Your Siding

Part of our system is attached to your siding. Stone and brick are more difficult and time consuming for us to attach to vs. a wood siding or James Hardie.

Pillars

Pillars are the most common "obstruction" for us. We work around the pillars to create beautiful corners - however this is time consuming.

Shape

The more square/rectangular a deck is, the easier it is for us. Hexagon and angled decks look absolutely stunning, but are very time consuming.

Color and Texture

We have 9 solid color, and 5 woodgrain options. Either of these 14 options can smooth or textured (rustic). Woodgrain and rustic finishes add 5% to the cost of solid/smooth colors.

We rarely do, but we can. We don’t recommend you install it yourself unless you are experienced with this type of work. The cost of the kit would save you about 35% off of the cost of us to install it. So if it costs $10,000 for us to install it, you would save about $3,500 by installing it yourself.

No, however we don’t require the full amount up front. 50% deposit and 50% due upon completion (could be 4-12 weeks before we install).
